Piping Supports
Product Information
RedLineIPS offers adjustable pipe supports, non-adjustable pipe supports, pipe shoes, pipe clamps, shim block assemblies, and pipe hangers. Customized piping supports can also be fabricated according to customer specifications.
Pipe shoes are fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, or FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic), all tailored for onshore and offshore applications.
RedLineIPS heavy-duty pipe shoes prevent pipe sagging and reduce the risk of corrosion at support points.
SmartPads are installed at pipe support points easily using FRP strapping system and specialized tool, to provide corrosion protection without the need for welding or epoxy.

The SmartPad system is an FRP solution designed to protect above-ground piping systems from corrosion at support points without needing welding or epoxy.
Wear pads protect against abrasion and corrosion at contact points by saddling a pipe, while flat pads offer a simple and cost-effective solution for general corrosion protection.
Products like PTFE liners and vibration dampening materials reduce noise and vibrations, preserving the structural integrity of piping systems.
PTFE liners are engineered to have a low coefficient of friction, allowing pipes to glide smoothly during movement, reducing friction wear.
Yes, many RedLineIPS products, including those with PTFE liners, can withstand temperatures up to 500°F (260°C).

Ordering Information
You can do so by contacting us via website, email or phone. We will require all product details, ISOs, AMLs (Authorized Materials Lists), etc.
We accept the following:
- Cash: Direct payment in cash for smaller orders or local transactions.
- Checks: Personal or business checks for larger transactions, providing a paper trail.
- Credit and Debit Cards: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for convenient electronic payments.
- Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers or wire transfers for large sums, ensuring secure transactions.
- Purchase Orders (PO): Common in business-to-business (B2B) transactions, where payment is made based on agreed terms after delivery of goods or services (e.g., Net 30, Net 60).
To issue Cogbill a Purchase Order (PO), you will need to complete a credit application with financial references, and register with the company as a customer. This process ensures that your company is set up in our system and approved for credit terms. Please contact our customer service team for the credit application form and further instructions on registration. Once your account is approved, you will be able to issue POs to Cogbill.
